Mobile home community your basic park they do not do much for residents.
Since Morgan Management took over, Prestige Communities has had a face lift. The"in-house" financing is incredible. If you're looking to down-size as we did, or just start out out even raise a family,I say this is a great place to do it!
This trailer park doesn't care about the disabled people that live in this park
Beware if you see a nice double wide listed by local realtors and you want to go make a fair offer and move the trailer to your own land ....this greedy park owner sits quiet ..Waits for you to waste your time working out offer with double wide owner in his park ...does not make offer himself .....and once you and double wide owner come to agreed fair price ..greedy park owner use clause to over ride you and take the home for himself at the price you work out and you cant do anything about it ....drove over a hr away came down made offer double wide owner agreed then park owner step in took trailer deal i work out ...and i could not increase my offer ....P.s But he did me big favor ...after talking with my local bank official was told mobile homes are bad investments they depreciate like used old cars and dont go up in value like stick built homes and modulars ..so before you to almost make bad investment like i did check with your local banker about avoiding mobile homes
